Well another kind of lower energy week. I went out around 3 to 4 times this last week drinking & eating bad food. Continuing my trend from the prior, my birthday, week.
I have decided to do a 30 DAY STOP to see if I can get a better track on my daily routine and health.
This time of year many people give up things or habits. At least I believe that is what a lot of Madi Gras is about? I guess the official dates for Marti Gras & Lent are March 1st and 2nd respectively. I am far from an expert on either of these. Either way I guess I am starting a little early.
I know many of you have heard me talk about drinking & the pitfalls I have had with it over many previous blogs/post.

So I have decided to start calling these podcast Amput33Cast. Mainly just to put my own spin on it & sort of have a trademark to my thing.
I actually am doing this video on my stationary bike. I wanted to add a few photos. For those interested you can seen how I strap into the stationary and some of the range of motion positions of the prosthesis.
I apologize for not showing more specific details of the bike. I do have an instructional video on this site for those interested in more details on riding an exercise bike or a bike in general.
