Control What You Can

Well it has been a pretty crazy week. Very mixed. Some good. Some bad. A lot of intense feelings, unfortunately many of them negative.

The good - Arthritis getting better. Diet seems to be making a difference.  

Lost more inches around the waist. Definitely smaller than when I first moved from Florida to LA. 

The Bad…well I don’t share that. All I will say is it can be a hot cruel world sometimes. Filled with frustration.

Remember the simple life ain’t bad.
