Things are good. Back to semi regularly doing some physical activity. Hit a new person best for the year in steps per day of just under 18,000. Yes I was a little sore :)
Lost about 3/4 of an inch in waist size. Arthritis semi under control. Eating better - Mostly veggies & seafood. Been getting a little Sun. Mainly just trying to kick back, enjoy the weather & life in general.
Possible new romantic interest? Date number two this weekend.

Economic reality has finally kicked in. Inflation has definitely roared its ugly head & is affecting consumer choices. Obviously the lower you are on the economic ladder the harder the hit. Discretionary spending obviously shrinks when you have less extra income to by anything beyond the essentials.
No one can predict the future, but economic indicators seem to point to things getting worse before they get better.
Whether things get better or not there is always opportunity in every situation. All worthwhile goals in life take hard work, time, persistence and patience.
